Cancellation Policy: For our regular scheduled art parties: You must provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop date in order to receive a refund or a credit toward a future class. We put an enormous amount of preparation and expense into our art parties/workshops. No refunds will be given to students who cancel their attendance with less than 48 hours notice in advance of the party workshop date. You may transfer your spot to another person. Right to Cancel: Sublime reserves the right to cancel a class any time
due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances or acts of God;
registrants will be notified approximately 24 hours before the class is
scheduled and refunds will be processed or offered credit towards another
class. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Attendees: Our
regular scheduled art parties are intended for adult crafters. We do offer kids
art parties on occasion for younger age groups. We also will create and
schedule private children art parties.
Registration Deadlines: All regular scheduled Art Party workshops have a registration deadline. This is absolutely necessary as it provides us with just enough time to prepare for the parties. If circumstances allow, we will consider enrollment after a deadline has passed. It doesn't hurt to ask! Contact us for more information.
Private Art Party Policies: A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your art party. This deposit holds your date and allows us to prepare for your special day. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your art party event, at which time it becomes non refundable. You may of course make changes in your art party package but changes may incur an additional fee. We put an enormous amount of preparation and expense into our art parties/workshops. If you cancel your party within 10 days of your event, your booked date, venue, deposit and any other payments are forfeited. IF at all possible we can attempt to reschedule your party if circumstances allow. We reserve the right to make final decisions on re-scheduling events.
